Ever wondered what Trap Shooting was about but didn’t know where to start?

Are you looking for a new outdoor activity that tests your accuracy and reflexes?

Trap Shooting is a type of clay pigeon shooting that involves shooting at targets that are launched from a “trap house”.

This is an over 18 event. Juniors interested in shooting should attend any of our Junior nights, where there is no fees.

Come out for an introduction to trap shooting

If you’re interested in learning how to trap shoot, we invite you to join our introduction to Trap Shooting session.

You will be guided through the basics of trap shooting by experienced shooters in a safe environment.

An experienced instructor will teach you the fundamentals of trap shooting, including proper gun handling and gun safety.

2026 Course Details

Dates: June 13th , July 4th, July 25th, Aug 1st, Aug 15th, and Sept 12th
Time: 2pm until finished.
Cost: $50.00 for a round of trap shooting including eye and ear protection, ammunition, 25 targets and the use of a shotgun.  If you don’t have your own.
** Possession and Acquisition License (P.A.L.) not required during instruction.
